Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Malaysia.

Shipping Rates

West Malaysia
RM5.90 standard delivery.
Free delivery for orders of RM250 and above.

East Malaysia
Delivery starts from RM13.90 and is calculated based on parcel weight at checkout.
Free delivery for orders of RM350 and above.

Certain gift sets may be available for West Malaysia delivery only. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch:

• West Malaysia: approximately 3–5 working days

• East Malaysia: approximately 5–7 working days

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, major campaigns, severe weather or courier disruptions.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where available.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please check your recipient name, delivery address, postcode and contact number carefully before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact JEDANSÉ Customer Care with your order number and relevant photographs.

We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate remedy where applicable.

Bulk or Unusually Large Orders

Large, corporate or unusually heavy orders may require separate delivery arrangements or charges. We will contact you before fulfilment where necessary.
